Direct response television is basically what an infomercial is and this particular marketing method is incredibly popular and works very well. You should determine if your product would benefit from DRTV and if the ratio of cost to earnings makes sense to go ahead. Any product would benefit from being advertised through direct response marketing. However, it doesn't make sense cost will for products that don't have mass appeal, at least not in most cases.
